This is a timeshare resort but attending a presentation or taking a tour is NOT required. All units are assigned by the resort. Unit view, floor, and location of unit on the property cannot be guaranteed. Guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age with a valid ID and credit card for a security deposit. Pricing and availability may vary. Once reservations are confirmed, you will be asked for the name and address of the main guest who will check in (the resort's front desk will also ask for this information when you check in but obtaining this information beforehand will expedite the check-in process) along with an email address to receive a personal confirmation. - At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required that must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. A credit card for a $200 security deposit and a daily $30 plus tax resort fee will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit). Resort Fee includes a fitness center, on-site laundry, local/toll-free calls, self-parking and Wi-Fi (in-room only). - Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation. Prior to checking in: - Smoking Policy: All guest suites are non-smoking. Smoking products of any kind, including, but not limited to, any electronic smoking devices, are not permitted. Please understand that you will be charged a cleaning fine of $500 as a result of any damage caused by smoking inside guest suites. - Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location. - Minimum age requirement for check-in is 21 years of age. - Pets are not permitted. This is strictly enforced, with the exception of working Service Animals as defined by the ADA. Certified Support and Therapy Animals are not allowed. - There is a General Excise Tax (GET) and state-imposed Transient Occupancy Tax, (TOT), which will be collected upon check-in and per day. TOT is 1-bedroom is $18.13 per day, 2-bedroom is $26.34 per day, and Presidential is $30.02 per day. These taxes are subject to changes based on the state of Hawaii and are paid to the state. Please note that while specific details such as furniture, decor, or other room features may vary, this could include differences such as the absence of windows in certain rooms, changes in paint color, variations in flooring or different types of flooring could be replaced or changed, or updates to appliances and furniture could be different from room. However, rest assured that the room type and the amenities provided will remain consistent with what is outlined in the listing.
