This is a timeshare resort but attending a presentation or taking a tour is NOT required. All units are assigned by the resort. Unit view, floor, and location of the unit on the property cannot be guaranteed. Guest checking in must be at least 18 years of age with a valid ID and credit card for a security deposit. Once reservations are confirmed, you will be asked for the name and address of the main guest who will check in (the resort's front desk will also ask for this information when you check in but obtaining this information beforehand will expedite the check-in process) along with an email address to receive a personal confirmation. A mandatory security deposit is required upon check-in and is $300, only Credit Cards are accepted. Self-parking is $22 per day, and valet parking is $27 per day. Cash or Credit is accepted. The daily resort amenities fee is $26. No RV parking. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. The resort has a strict non-smoking policy. Please note that while specific details such as furniture, decor, or other room features may vary, this could include differences such as the absence of windows in certain rooms, changes in paint color, variations in flooring or different types of flooring could be replaced or changed, or updates to appliances and furniture could be different from room. However, rest assured that the room type and the amenities provided will remain consistent with what is outlined in the listing.
