The maximum occupancy may not be exceeded. Resort Fees & Taxes Guests may be responsible for mandatory resort fees and applicable local taxes collected separately by the resort. Any resort-collected charges are separate from the accommodation payment unless specifically stated otherwise in the reservation. No Parties or Events Parties, events, and disruptive gatherings are not permitted. Guests must respect neighboring guests and follow all resort quiet hours and community policies. Smoking Desert Breezes Resort is a non-smoking property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the suite or other non-smoking areas of the resort. Guests must follow any designated smoking-area policies established by the property. Pets Pets are not permitted. Service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable law and resort policy. Suite Assignment The resort assigns the exact suite at check-in. Specific buildings, floors, locations, mountain or lake views, balcony locations, and fireplace-equipped suites cannot be guaranteed. Availability, hours, maintenance, and temporary closures of amenities are subject to change. Resort Policies Guests are responsible for following all Desert Breezes Resort and community policies during their stay. Guests may be responsible for charges resulting from damage, excessive cleaning, smoking, unauthorized guests, missing items, or violations of resort policies.
