Check-in: After 4:00 PM Checkout: By 10:00 AM Minimum Check-In Age: 21 Maximum Occupancy: 6 guests Check-In Requirements The primary guest checking in must be at least 21 years old and present a valid government-issued photo ID and major credit card. The name on the reservation must match the identification of the guest checking in. Security Deposit A $150 security deposit is required at check-in and must be placed on a major credit card. The security deposit is handled directly by the resort and is separate from the amount paid through the booking platform. Important – Front Desk Hours & Late Arrivals The front desk is currently open daily from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Guests expecting to arrive after 6:00 PM should contact the resort before arrival for after-hours check-in instructions. Hawaii Taxes & Resort-Collected Charges Guests may be responsible for applicable Hawaii timeshare occupancy taxes and other resort-collected charges during their stay. These charges are separate from the accommodation payment unless specifically stated otherwise in the reservation. Because taxes and resort charges may change, the exact amount due is determined by the resort at the time of the stay. Maximum Occupancy Maximum occupancy for this 2-bedroom suite is 6 guests. The maximum occupancy may not be exceeded. No Parties or Events Parties, events, and disruptive gatherings are not permitted. Guests must respect neighboring guests and follow all resort quiet hours and property policies. Smoking This is a non-smoking accommodation. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the suite. Guests must follow the resort's designated smoking policies and locations. Pets Pets are not permitted. Trained service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable law and resort policy. Parking Complimentary on-site parking is available for resort guests. Beach & Ocean Notice Maui Schooner is an oceanfront resort with direct access to Waiapulani Beach Reserve. The beach directly adjacent to the resort is not recommended for swimming. Guests should use caution around the ocean and visit designated swimming beaches when appropriate. Suite Assignment & Views The resort assigns the exact suite at check-in. Specific buildings, floors, locations, balcony or patio orientations, garden views, and ocean views cannot be guaranteed. Photos are representative of the resort and accommodations. Furnishings, décor, layouts, and views may vary from the photographs shown. Special Requests Special requests are subject to availability at check-in and cannot be guaranteed. Early Check-In & Late Checkout Early check-in and late checkout are not guaranteed and are subject to resort availability. Requests should be made directly with the front desk. Resort Policies Guests are responsible for following all Maui Schooner Resort and Capital Vacations policies throughout their stay. Guests may be responsible for charges resulting from damage, excessive cleaning, smoking, unauthorized guests, missing items, or violations of resort policies.
