PLEASE NOTE: The state of Hawaii assesses a lodging tax to guests staying at this resort. This is not included in the listing price and is collected by the resort at the time of check-in, should be about 14-18$ a day! This is a timeshare resort but attending a presentation or taking a tour is NOT required. The resort assigns all units. Unit view, floor, and unit location on the property cannot be guaranteed. Guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age with a valid ID and credit card for security deposit. This resort has a deposit of 100$. Once reservations are confirmed, you will be asked for the name and address of the main guest who will check in (the resort's front desk will also ask for this information when you check in but obtaining this information beforehand will expedite the check-in process) along with an email address to receive a personal confirmation. Parking on site cost is $35 plus tax, per night. Effective January 1, 2026, the parking cost will be $40 per night.
