--This is a timeshare resort but attending a presentation or taking a tour is NOT required. The resort assigns all units. Unit view, floor, and unit location on the property cannot be guaranteed. Guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age with a valid ID and credit card for security deposit. Deposit is 250$. -Once reservations are confirmed, you will be asked for the name and address of the main guest who will check in (the resort's front desk will also ask for this information when you check in but obtaining this information beforehand will expedite the check-in process) along with an email address to receive a personal confirmation. Smoking rooms available: No Smoking policy: A fee of up to 300 USD will be assessed for smoking in a non-smoking room. Please ask the Front Desk for locations of designated outdoor smoking areas. 11.00% room/service cost, Transient Occupancy Tax per night. 3.00% room/service costs, Other City Tax per night. A $15.00 plus tax per night per room per stay resort fee is NOT included in the nightly rate and will be collected at the time of check-in. Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted unless it is a service animal. Please contact the resort prior to arrival for verification. Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the units. $350 fine if evidence of smoking inside the unit is found. Parking Policy: Limited to one parking space per reservation.
