The name on the reservation must match the identification of the guest checking in. Important – Late Arrivals The resort front desk operates limited hours. Guests planning to arrive after the front desk closes should contact the resort before arrival to receive after-hours check-in instructions. Failure to arrange a late arrival in advance may delay access to the villa. Security Deposit A credit card is required at check-in for a $100 refundable security/damage deposit. The deposit is handled directly by the resort and is separate from the amount paid through the booking platform. The resort determines when the authorization or deposit is released following checkout. Maximum Occupancy Maximum occupancy for this 2-bedroom villa is 6 guests. The maximum occupancy may not be exceeded. Bedding Bedding configurations may vary by villa. The resort determines the exact accommodation assigned at check-in. Specific bed arrangements should not be considered guaranteed unless stated on the reservation confirmation. No Parties or Events Parties, events, and disruptive gatherings are not permitted. Guests must respect neighboring guests and follow all resort quiet hours and property policies. Smoking Desert Vacation Villas is a non-smoking property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the villa. Guests must follow any designated smoking-area policies established by the resort. Pets Pets are not permitted. Trained service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable law and resort policy. Parking Complimentary on-site parking is available for resort guests. Suite Assignment The resort assigns the exact villa at check-in. Specific buildings, floors, locations, pool proximity, mountain views, patio or balcony locations, and bedding arrangements cannot be guaranteed. Early Check-In & Late Checkout Early check-in and late checkout are not guaranteed and are subject to resort availability. Requests should be made directly with the resort. Resort Policies & Fees Guests are responsible for complying with all Desert Vacation Villas and Capital Vacations policies during their stay. Any taxes, deposits, or other charges listed on the individual reservation confirmation are the responsibility of the guest when required by the resort. Guests may be responsible for charges resulting from damage, excessive cleaning, smoking, unauthorized guests, missing items, or violations of resort policies.
