This deposit is handled directly by the resort and is separate from the amount paid through the booking platform. Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax All reservations are subject to Hawaii's Transient Accommodations Tax (TAT) applicable to timeshare stays. The applicable tax is collected directly by the resort at check-in and is separate from your booking payment. Maximum Occupancy Maximum occupancy for this 2-bedroom suite is 6 guests, including children. The maximum occupancy may not be exceeded. No Parties or Events Parties, events, and disruptive gatherings are not permitted. Guests must respect neighboring guests and comply with all resort quiet hours and property policies. Smoking Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the suite. Guests must follow all resort-designated smoking policies and locations. Pets Pets and emotional-support animals are not permitted. Parking Complimentary on-site parking is available for resort guests. Ocean & Beach Access Royal Sea Cliff is an oceanfront resort located along a rocky coastline and does not have a beach directly on the property. Nearby beaches and swimming areas are accessible by car. Suite Assignment & Views The resort assigns the exact suite at check-in. Specific buildings, floors, locations, balcony orientations, and views cannot be guaranteed. Not all suites have ocean views. Photos are representative of the resort and accommodations. Furnishings, décor, layouts, bedding arrangements, and views may vary. Early Check-In & Late Checkout Early check-in and late checkout are not guaranteed and are subject to resort availability. Requests should be made directly with the front desk. Resort Policies Guests are responsible for following all Club Wyndham Royal Sea Cliff policies throughout their stay. Guests may be responsible for charges resulting from damage, excessive cleaning, smoking, unauthorized guests, missing items, or violations of resort policies.
