A valid photo ID and the credit card that was used to secure the reservation must be presented during check-in. Minimum check-in age is 21.
Security deposit of $150.00 is required at time of check-in with a major credit card only.
Front desk is open daily 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
If you are arriving outside of the front desk hours, please contact the resort at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date for after-hours check-in instructions.
If you arrive and the front office is closed, please use the phone located in the box to the left of our entrance doors. The phone will automatically dial our on-duty security personnel who will let you into your unit. The next day you will need to check-in with the front desk.

- Grace period: cancel within 48 hours after the reservation was made and at least 14 days before check-in to get a full refund
- If cancelled up to 7 days before check-in, you pay 50% of the booking cost
