Minimum check-in age 25 A valid photo ID and the credit card that was used to secure the reservation must be presented during check-in. Security deposit is required at time of check-in with a major credit card only. One car per unit, no boats, trailers, motorcycles, and motor homes allowed on the property. Anyone having a second vehicle that wishes to have an assigned parking space in the overflow lot must pay a $6 daily fee. -This is a timeshare resort but attending a presentation or taking a tour is NOT required. The resort assigns all units. Unit view, floor, and unit location on the property cannot be guaranteed. -Once reservations are confirmed, you will be asked for the name and address of the main guest who will check in (the resort's front desk will also ask for this information when you check in but obtaining this information beforehand will expedite the check-in process) along with an email address to receive a personal confirmation. Smoking rooms available: No Smoking policy: A fee of up to 300 USD will be assessed for smoking in a non-smoking room. Please ask the Front Desk for locations of designated outdoor smoking areas. Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted unless it is a service animal. Please contact the resort prior to arrival for verification.
