Terms & Conditions
This is a timeshare resort but attending a presentation or taking a tour is NOT required. All units are assigned by the resort. Unit view, floor, and location of unit on property cannot be guaranteed. Guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age with a valid ID and credit card for security deposit. Pricing and availability may vary. Once reservations are confirmed, you will be asked for the name and address of the main guest who will check in (the resort's front desk will also ask for this information when you check in but obtaining this information beforehand will expedite the check in process) along with an email address to receive a personal confirmation. - At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required that must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. A credit card for a $300 security deposit and a daily $40 plus tax resort charge will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit). Daily Resort Charge will be added to the room rate and includes: Basic guest internet; self-parking for one car; PressReader access; cultural activities (Hula & Ukulele lessons); games (corn hole, ping pong and Connect 4); barbecue equipment; happy hour discount on drinks and appetizers. - Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation. You Need To Know - Prior to checking in: - Reservations made within 21 days or less of arrival may be subject to a room move due to high occupancies and increased travel demand for this destination. - Three and four story buildings with elevator access. Maximum occupancy for each of the rooms is - 1-Bedroom = 4, 2-bedroom = 6 and 3-bedroom = 8. Please note that these maximum occupancies include infants and children and we cannot exceed maximum occupancy. - Smoking Policy: All guest suites are non-smoking. Smoking products of any kind, including, but not limited to, any electronic smoking devices, are not permitted. Please understand that you will be charged a cleaning fine of $500 as a result of any damage caused by smoking inside guest suites. - Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location. - Minimum age requirement for check-in is 21 years of age. - Pets are not permitted and strictly enforced with the exception of Service Animals. - General Excise Tax (GET) and state imposed Transient Occupancy tax (TOT) will be applicable to all reservations and collected upon check-in. TOT is $11.14 per day for a one bed, $17.16 per day for a two bed and $15.52 per day for a three bed. Nightly resort fee and or deposit is subject to change without notice. Hawaiii TAT-006-302-1056-01 - When checking in: Resort Specific Information There is a shortage of rental cars on the island of Maui and Kauai. Please book your car rental reservations early. Reservations made within 21 days or less of arrival may be subject to a room move due to high occupancies and increased travel demand for this destination. To reduce contact, the resort will temporarily not be offering a mid-week housekeeping. However, we will have additional supplies such as bed linens, towels and toiletries available upon request. The items will be delivered outside your door in a package for a no-contact delivery. General Units can only be assigned if all invoiced & current management/membership fees have been paid and there is no outstanding balance on your account. Please note that maximum occupancy indicated for each accommodation cannot be exceeded. Arrangements and/or cost for additional guests in excess of the maximum occupancy will be the members responsibility, and subject to availability. If you have made a special request relevant to your reservation, every effort will be made however we respectfully ask you to note that we cannot guarantee fulfillment. Guests will be held liable for any damages/breakages - payable to the resort at the respective replacement rate. Please advise us if any alternative guest is utilizing this reservation – they will need to provide a confirmation letter in their own name upon check in. Local/Government taxes and/or utility charges may apply in some countries and is payable by all guests. Pets are not permitted in any accommodation with the exception of guide dogs, pursuant to the rules of the individual resort. Travelers are encouraged to check health and visa advice for the region/country to be visited. If you are traveling to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program (ESTA) please be reminded that all travelers must now be in possession of a biometric or e-passport to enter the country. Disability/Access Requirements If you have any access requirements or needs you wish to discuss prior to your stay, please contact us as soon as possible. Adapted units are assigned on a first-come first-served basis and are subject to availability. Please note that while specific details such as furniture, decor, or other room features may vary, this could include differences such as the absence of windows in certain rooms, changes in paint color, variations in flooring or different types of flooring could be replaced or changed, or updates to appliances and furniture could be different from room. However, rest assured that the room type and the amenities provided will remain consistent with what is outlined in the listing.

Cancellation Policy

  • Grace period: cancel within 48 hours after the reservation was made and at least 14 days before check-in to get a full refund
  • If cancelled up to 7 days before check-in, you pay 50% of the booking cost
  • In any other case, there’s no refund
