House Rules – Club Wyndham Kona Coast Resort Check-in: After 4:00 PM Checkout: By 10:00 AM Minimum Check-In Age: 21 Maximum Occupancy: 6 guests The primary guest checking in must be at least 21 years old and present a valid government-issued photo ID and credit card. The name on the reservation must match the identification of the guest checking in. Resort Security Deposit A credit card is required at check-in for the resort's $250 security deposit. This is handled directly by the resort and is separate from your accommodation payment. Hawaii Taxes Hawaii taxes applicable to timeshare accommodations are collected directly by the resort and are not included in the amount paid through the booking platform unless specifically stated otherwise. Air Conditioning Air conditioning is not complimentary at this resort. A/C is optional and available for an additional daily fee paid directly to the resort. Rates are determined by the resort and are subject to change. Resort Payments Kona Coast Resort is a cashless property. Guests should bring a credit or debit card for security deposits, taxes, optional services, and other purchases made at the resort. Occupancy The maximum occupancy for this 2-bedroom suite is 6 guests, including children and infants. The maximum occupancy may not be exceeded. No Parties or Events Parties, events, and disruptive gatherings are not permitted. Guests must observe resort quiet hours and respect neighboring guests. Smoking Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the suite. Guests must follow the resort's designated-smoking-area policies. Pets Pets and emotional-support animals are not permitted. Trained service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable law and resort policy. Suite Assignment The resort assigns the exact suite at check-in. Specific buildings, floors, locations, views, bedding configurations, and suite assignments cannot be guaranteed. Photos are representative of the resort and accommodations. Furnishings, décor, layout, bedding arrangements, and views may vary from the photographs shown in the listing. Early Check-In & Late Checkout Early check-in and late checkout are not guaranteed and are subject to resort availability. Any requests should be made directly with the resort. During Your Stay Guests are responsible for following all Club Wyndham Kona Coast Resort policies. Please leave the suite in reasonable condition and dispose of trash appropriately before departure. Guests are responsible for charges resulting from damage, excessive cleaning, smoking, unauthorized guests, missing items, or violations of resort policies.
