This is a timeshare resort but attending a presentation or taking a tour is NOT required. The resort assigns all units. Unit view, floor, and unit location on the property cannot be guaranteed. Guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age with a valid ID and credit card for security deposit. Pricing and availability may vary. Once reservations are confirmed, you will be asked for the name and address of the main guest who will check in (the resort's front desk will also ask for this information when you check in but obtaining this information beforehand will expedite the check-in process) along with an email address to receive a personal confirmation. You Need to Know -At the time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required that must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. -Please contact the resort before arrival if you anticipate your arrival time will be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation. Upon check-in, each reservation requires a major credit card for a $250 Pre-Authorization. -An additional daily government tax (range $9.50-11.88/night based on villa size) -Environmental tax (range $10.00-$25.00 per continuous stay based on villa size) -Energy surcharge (range $4.50-7.50/night based on villa size) will be added to your final bill. Aruba Taxes and Charges: An additional nightly tax, service charge, energy surcharge, and environmental levy will be added to the guest's final bill. The nightly charge may range from $19 - $32 USD per night. Aruba ED Card: Aruba’s Embarkation and Disembarkation card is required for admittance to Aruba as a visiting tourist. The online ED program offers an easy option to complete the registration/application process prior to planned travel to Aruba. -Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location. - Smoking Policy: All guest suites are non-smoking. Smoking products of any kind, including, but not limited to, any electronic smoking devices, are not permitted. Please understand that you will be charged a cleaning fine of $500 as a result of any damage caused by smoking inside guest suites. - Please note that early check-in and late check-out must be made with the front desk; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location. Please note that while specific details such as furniture, decor, or other room features may vary, this could include differences such as the absence of windows in certain rooms, changes in paint color, variations in flooring, or different types of flooring could be replaced or changed, or updates to appliances and furniture could be different from the room. However, rest assured that the room type and the amenities provided will remain consistent with what is outlined in the listing.
