Room taxes collected by resort at time of check-in: -Total TAT: 13.25% -Total GET: 4.50% -13.25% (TAT) + 4.5% (GET) = ~17.75% total tax -Unit/view/floor are assigned by the resort; photos are representative of the resort and villa type, not a guaranteed exact unit. -Primary guest must meet resort check-in requirements and present valid ID. -This is a timeshare resort but attending a presentation or taking a tour is NOT required. The resort assigns all units. Unit view, floor, and unit location on the property cannot be guaranteed. Guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age with a valid ID and credit card for security deposit. Deposit is 250$. -Once reservations are confirmed, you will be asked for the name and address of the main guest who will check in (the resort's front desk will also ask for this information when you check in but obtaining this information beforehand will expedite the check-in process) along with an email address to receive a personal confirmation. -Smoking rooms available: No Smoking policy: A fee of up to 300 USD will be assessed for smoking in a non-smoking room. Please ask the Front Desk for locations of designated outdoor smoking areas.
