-No smoking inside, including electronic cigarettes. -Subject to $350 fine
Parking:
-Parking on site is available at no charge. One parking pass issued per room. Parking for boats, trailers, jet skis, or RV/motor homes NOT permitted!
Construction:
-November 1st, 2023 and until further notice: Structural repairs to all villas. Both indoor pools may be down intermittently for the duration. Outdoor pools are open and heated. Drilling and jack-hammer noise with related dust will be noticeable during work hours.
Deposit required:
-Upon check-in, each reservation requires a major credit card for a $100 Pre-Authorization. For your convenience, and ease during the check-in process, we accept ONLY major credit cards for security deposits.

Cancellation Policy
- Grace period: cancel within 48 hours after the reservation was made and at least 14 days before check-in to get a full refund
- If cancelled up to 7 days before check-in, you pay 50% of the booking cost
