The name on the reservation must match the identification of the guest checking in. Maximum Occupancy Maximum occupancy for this 1-bedroom suite is 4 guests. The occupancy limit may not be exceeded. Resort Fees & Taxes The resort may assess applicable resort fees and local lodging taxes in addition to the accommodation charge. Any fee that is not already included in the reservation will be the guest's responsibility and may be collected directly by the resort. No Parties or Events Parties, events, and disruptive gatherings are not permitted. Guests must respect neighboring guests and follow all resort quiet hours and community policies. Smoking Desert Breezes Resort is a non-smoking property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the suite. Guests must comply with all resort-designated smoking policies. Pets Pets are not permitted. Trained service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable law and resort policy. Suite Assignment The resort assigns the exact suite at check-in. Specific buildings, floors, locations, mountain or lake views, and balcony locations cannot be guaranteed. Most 1-bedroom accommodations feature one bathroom. Select units may have two bathrooms, but this cannot be guaranteed unless specifically stated on the reservation. Photos are representative of the resort and accommodations. Furnishings, décor, layouts, and views may vary. Resort & Community Amenities Some recreational amenities available to guests are part of the surrounding Desert Breezes community rather than being directly operated by the resort. Availability, hours, maintenance schedules, and temporary closures are subject to change. Early Check-In & Late Checkout Early check-in and late checkout are not guaranteed and are subject to resort availability. Requests should be made directly with the front desk. Resort Policies Guests are responsible for following all Desert Breezes Resort and community policies throughout their stay. Guests may be responsible for charges resulting from damage, excessive cleaning, smoking, unauthorized guests, missing items, or violations of resort policies.
