Must be 23 years of age to check-in: -Guests under the age of 23 must be accompanied by a guest 25 years of age or older. Valid photo identification is required. The credit or debit card used to reserve your reservation must be presented upon arrival. A pre-authorization of $250 will be placed on the card to cover incidentals during your stay. An advance deposit equal to one night’s stay, plus taxes and fees, is due at the time of booking. Smoking, electronic cigarette, vaporizer, and smokeless tobacco use is prohibited on resort premises. This includes, but not limited to, all rooms, balconies, pool decks, garage areas, hallways, and common areas. Any guest found to be in violation of this policy by either direct witness or by evidence found within the guest’s rental will be charged a minimum $250.00 Cleaning Fee. Violation of this policy may also result in eviction of stay.
