This is a timeshare resort but attending a presentation or taking a tour is NOT required. All units are assigned by the resort. Unit view, floor, and location of the unit on the property cannot be guaranteed. Guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age with a valid ID and credit card for security deposit. Pricing and availability may vary. Once reservations are confirmed, you will be asked for the name and address of the main guest who will check in (the resort's front desk will also ask for this information when you check in but obtaining this information beforehand will expedite the check-in process) along with an email address to receive a personal confirmation. Actual furnishings, décor, unit layout, view, and/or building placement may vary. Front desk staff will assign your unit at check-in and will otherwise be available during your stay to ensure you have a great experience. EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT MUST BE REQUESTED WITH THE FRONT DESK UPON CHECK-IN. - There is a mandatory refundable security deposit of $300.00 which will be refunded as there is no damage or missing items. A $28 plus tax daily resort fee is also mandatory and will be charged at check-in. Only Credit Cards are accepted. - On-site parking is valet only ($20 per day) on a first-come, first-served basis. Paid self-parking options are available near the resort. -No boat parking, No RV parking, No large vehicle parking, Limited parking onsite, No trailers - Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time will be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation. - Smoking Policy: All guest suites are non-smoking, with the exception of guest suites on floors 9 and 12. Smoking products of any kind, including, but not limited to, electronic smoking devices, are not permitted in non-smoking guest suites. Please understand that you will be charged a cleaning fine of $500 as a result of any damage caused by smoking inside non-smoking guest suites. - Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location. - Pets are not permitted. This is strictly enforced, with the exception of working Service Animals as defined by the ADA. Certified Support and Therapy Animals are not allowed. - The fitness center is complimentary for all guests. We currently have ice machines on the 18th floor in tower one and floors 2, 5, 8, 11, 15 and 21 in tower three. Please note that while specific details such as furniture, decor, or other room features may vary, this could include differences such as the absence of windows in certain rooms, changes in paint color, variations in flooring or different types of flooring could be replaced or changed, or updates to appliances and furniture could be different from room. However, rest assured that the room type and the amenities provided will remain consistent with what is outlined in the listing.
