The name on the reservation must match the identification of the guest checking in. Resort Security Deposit A credit card is required at check-in for a $250 security deposit authorization. This deposit is handled directly by the resort and is separate from the amount paid through the booking platform. Hawaii Tax Reservations are subject to Hawaii’s applicable Transient Accommodation Tax (TAT). The applicable tax is collected directly by the resort at check-in and is separate from the accommodation payment. Cashless Resort Club Wyndham Mauna Loa Village is a cashless resort. Guests should bring a credit or debit card for the security deposit, applicable taxes, and other on-site purchases. Maximum Occupancy Maximum occupancy for this 2-bedroom suite is 6 guests. The maximum occupancy may not be exceeded. Important – Stairs Most 2-bedroom suites at Mauna Loa Village are multi-level townhome-style accommodations and include stairs. Single-level 2-bedroom accommodations are very limited. Ground-floor or single-level placement cannot be guaranteed and is determined by the resort. Guests with mobility concerns should contact the resort before arrival regarding available accessible accommodations. No Parties or Events Parties, events, and disruptive gatherings are not permitted. Guests must respect neighboring guests and follow all resort quiet hours and property policies. Smoking Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the suite. Guests must follow the resort’s designated smoking policies and locations. Pets Pets and emotional-support animals are not permitted. Trained service animals that perform tasks for an individual with a disability are permitted in accordance with applicable law and resort policy. Parking Complimentary on-site parking is available for resort guests, including underground and surface parking. Suite Assignment The resort assigns the exact suite at check-in. Specific buildings, floors, villa locations, views, and single-level accommodations cannot be guaranteed. Photos are representative of the resort and accommodations.
