This is a timeshare resort but attending a presentation or taking a tour is NOT required. The resort assigns all units. Unit view, floor, and unit location on the property cannot be guaranteed. Guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age with a valid ID and credit card for security deposit. Pricing and availability may vary. Once reservations are confirmed, you will be asked for the name and address of the main guest who will check in (the resort's front desk will also ask for this information when you check in but obtaining this information beforehand will expedite the check-in process) along with an email address to receive a personal confirmation. You Need to Know -A credit card for a $100 security deposit will also required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit). * At the time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required that must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. * Please contact the resort before arrival if you anticipate your arrival time will be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation. * Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location. Smoking policy: No smoking inside, including electronic cigarettes. Subject to $300 fine.
